FL Conferences & training events will target a wide spectrum of topics, all aimed at helping churches, ministers and their ministries.  The FLM ministry team, combined, has well over 150 years of ministry experience to offer, in a variety of areas.  Since our inception in 1989, we have partnered with over 1,500 churches, from 11 different denominations, across 44 of the 50 United States & 5 foreign countries.
